THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • What methods of payment does Keepers accept?
    We accept payments by credit card, debit card and Paypal.
  • How can I track my order?
    When your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link. If you haven't received an e-mail, please check your spam filter and whether you have provided the correct e-mail address. If you have any doubts or questions, please contact our customer service through hello@keepers.ie. Please include your order number or invoice number in your e-mail. That way we can solve your problem quickly.
  • I have received a damaged or incorrect item
    If you need to report a problem with any item, please email us here at hello@keepers.ie giving a brief description of the issue so that we can address the issue and provide a solution. Please include any photographs of the external packaging or damaged item where appropriate.
  • How much do you charge for delivery and when will I receive my order?
    We charge €7.50 as a flat rate on all items up to 30kg. We currently only ship within the Republic of Ireland. Our products are exclusively shipped with An Post. Normal shipping time is 3-5 days from dispatch (not from order confirmation) within the Republic of Ireland.
  • Do you offer Free Shipping?
    We are happy to offer free shipping in Ireland on orders over €50. If you decide to order and collect at our Horan Centre store in Tralee V92 VFY6, no delivery charge applies.
  • What is your returns policy?
    We always hope that you love what you have ordered but where that is not the case, we are happy to exchange or refund your item, if returned as sold within 28 days, with original receipt & packaging. Once the return has been approved, you will need to arrange return (including charges) of your item. All returned items need to be returned in original condition & packaging, with proof of purchase. Please obtain proof of postage for your item - we are not liable for any items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Do you ship outside Ireland?
    Right now, we are just starting off and will be delivering to areas in the Republic of Ireland only.
  • How do I return an item and who covers the cost?
    If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, please email us here. . Once the return has been approved, you will need to arrange return (including charges) of your item. All returned items need to be returned in original condition & packaging, with proof of purchase within 28 days. Please obtain proof of postage for your item - we are not liable for any items lost or damaged in transit.
  • When will I receive a refund?
    When your return is received at the warehouse, the return process will begin. This can be expected to take up to a few days during busy periods. As soon as the return process is completed you will receive a credit note via email and a refund to the same account as used for the purchase.
  • Do you sell gift vouchers?
    We offer e gift cards - please shop here to select your preferred choice.
